Shift request control

Approve the spend before the shift goes live.

Governance shouldn't be retrospective. Shift request control puts a mandatory approval step in front of every vacancy, so nothing reaches your bank or agencies without organisational sign-off — no spreadsheets, no vacancy control panel outside the system, no surprises in the payment run.

Pending until approved. Shifts created on Bank, sent from Rota or pushed in from an external rota system all land as pending and stay invisible to workers.
One dashboard for approvers. Full shift detail at the point of decision, bulk approve or reject, and a mandatory reason on every rejection.
Momentum kept. Requesters can earmark a worker while approval is pending, and rejected shifts are amended and resubmitted rather than recreated.
Audit trail by default. Who requested, who approved, and when — recorded digitally, and configurable department by department.
